Exchanges & Store Credit
At GreenHouse.shop, we're unable to accept returns, but we’re happy to work with you on an exchange or store credit depending on the item.
Exchanges: If something isn’t quite right, let us know within 24 hours for delivery damage or within the first 7 days for other concerns. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Store Credit: If an exchange isn’t possible, we’ll issue you a credit to use on your next plant pal.
Our goal is to ensure you love your experience, and we’ll help you find the right green companion.

You can also schedule an appointment and bring your online order into our fulfillment center. We recommend you send us an email at hello@greenhouse.shop to ensure availability of your replacement and timing of your appointment.
Delivery Damage
Plants are living beings, and a little stress from their journey is natural. But if your green friend arrives looking worse than travel-weary:
- Snap a photo and send it to hello@greenhouse.shop within 24 hours of delivery. This helps us kick off the exchange process and dial in our packaging for a better journey next time.
Heads up: We might ask for more details and pics. Keep in mind, we can’t replace plants left in extreme temps or if they’re not unpacked right away. Treat your new plant like the VIP it is!
14 Day Guarantee
At GreenHouse.shop, we stand by our plants and your growing journey. If your new green companion doesn’t find its groove within 14 days, we’ll replace it. This guarantee gives your plant time to settle into its new digs and vibe with your space.
If your plant looks like it’s hitting a rough patch, here’s the plan:
- Snap a few photos and jot down what you’ve noticed—curling leaves, dry soil, the works.
- Send the photos and notes to our Plant Pal Team at hello@greenhouse.shop as soon as you see signs of struggle. We’ll get the ball rolling on your 14-day guarantee.
A quick note: plants need a little TLC to thrive—water, light, and love. Photos help us figure out if your plant is struggling from care hiccups like too much water, not enough water, or a little too much tough love. Our guarantee doesn’t cover neglect or accidental roughhousing, but we’re here to guide you every step of the way.
